While The Dream is out in Paris defending Gwyneth Paltrow for using the 'n' word and Christina is working as the social correspondent for The Voice, the pair have been quietly co-parenting their daughter, Violet. The couple has a short-lived marriage and an even faster divorce, but all has seemed well in the world for the two, that is until rumors started to fly that Christina was taking a jab at her ex-husband in a recent tweet about Father's Day.
"Shoutout to all the Father's out there that actually Father their children daily," she wrote, before later retweeting, "Shout out to the Mamas that play both roles!"
You can't really tell by the tweets themselves but I think everyone is just over-reacting. It was just giving due credit to parents that are actively involved with their children, so folks should just simmer down and enjoy their upcoming Papa's Day.
